GST 2017 : Train Tickets Fare becomes costlier | Oneindia Kannada

With the Goods and Services Tax (GST) which has come into effect from 1 July, train passengers will have to pay a bit more to travel AC and first class.

ಜುಲೈ 1ರಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ರೈಲು ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ಎಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಥಮ ದರ್ಜೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಸಲ್ಪ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮೊತ್ತ ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಜಿಎಸ್ಟಿ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದ ನಂತರ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಶುಲ್ಕದ ಮೇಲಿನ ಸೇವಾ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಶೇ. 4.5 ರಿಂದ ಶೇ. 5ಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ.
